This is so awesome...for the people that already have hats. It's kind of a 'fuck you' to anyone that doesn't (just like this entire 'rare drop' system has been in the first place), as they're probably just increasing what could drop, not the rate at which it shows up.

This update is great. I love king of the hill. I love the new fleeing animations. It's now actually fun to lose

You would think the animation of people actualy surrendering would discourage killing them, but I find that it realy only makes people more violent.
